Bryan Hoffman

Bryan Hoffman joined Blackwood in 2020 to oversee our Project Management Office, and his scope quickly expanded to cover all Sales Operations. During that time he documented procedures, streamlined process, created efficiencies, onboarded exceptional professionals to assist with scaling, and always prioritized team needs above his own. As VP of Growth, Bryan is responsble for the oversight and execution of key enabling services that span the full spectrum of the customer lifecycle, includeing Demand Generation, Business Development, Alliances, and Solutions Delivery.  

After graduating from the University of Maryland – College Park with a degree in Criminal Justice, Bryan spent the majority of his early professional career mastering the ins and outs of federal contracting supporting a number of critical programs within the Defense and Intel space before jumping to the private sector and manging the build out of multiple business operation and program control functions at a mid-tier systems integrator. As a proud 'Girl Dad', Bryan's life outside of the office is centered around his wife and 2 daughters, and soaking in all that Kent Island has to offer.
