Rick graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Marketing. He joined the company in 1979 and began his career by selling analog test equipment into carrier accounts. With over 40 years at the helm, Rick brings extensive industry experience to the management team and is responsible for general operations of the company.
As Owner, Managing Partner, and Facilities Security Officer, his primary responsibilities include oversight of internal controls, facilities, finance, and contracts. In addition to his professional obligations, Rick continues to be a moral leader of the company and his reputation has over time become synonymous with who we have become as a business.
